Model Number: DJSR473ET6WW Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
Element connections - It appears the element is connected to wires via crimping. I have looked at different sites and most sell the entire heater housing with the element. One site sells just the element kit but I am not sure how the ends will connect or the correct way of disconnecting the old element

I understand the spade connector thing, but the element connector end slides through a ceramic insulator and I found out that to pull that back out of the insulator, you just have to bend the wing tabs straight or flat to be able to pull them through.
