After you dismantle the dryer interior components, you 'll have access to the rear bulkhead and tumbler seal. the rear bulkhead will have "tabs" that you'll insert the seal into (in a clockwise direction), you do not cut or trim the seal, it needs to overlap the starting point, then you fold it up and install the drum and the remainder of the interior components.
