You might want to flip your dryer breaker off and on a few times, to see if it has partially flipped. If not it will most likely be the thermal fuse. Tom ApplianceEducator.com

Here are the parts
Model LER4634EQ1

Here is the wiring diagram
https://www.servicematters.com/d...0Sheet%20-%203406688.pdf

You will see a thermal cutout on the wiring diagram in the heater circuit.
See Item 6 in Section 3

You can check this by unplugging the machine, removing the wires and shorting them together, tape them up so they cannot short to the frame and give it a try.
If now OK replace it ASAP as it is a safety device. Replace the set.

Give the interior a good clean. Also clean and check your vent system to ensure you have good air flow out the exhaust.

ok, main breaker, all is ok there. i threw the switch off and then back on.

and as, to the thermal fuse, i taped the 2 wires together and still get no heat.

as far as operating the unit runs, quiet, blows out exhaust very good, just that its cold air, like a fan set on high speed.

now , if i was to replace thermostats do i need to replace thermal fuse at same time, or should that not have a factor after thermostats are replaced?

the answer i found was in this post: [url]http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/dryer-repair/24634-dryer-repair.html
after realizing the difference between the cut-off and the fuse, i taped the cut-off together and it started heating no problem.

now, i guess i need to replace both thermostats? or just the top one?

the high end thermostat has 3 prongs on it, the kits i saw on your site has 2 prongs. do i need to get these individually?

and thanks and many praises to this helpful forum, i will highly recommend this site to anyone needing help on appliances.
