need to replace the heater and/or fusable link but cannot remove the back panel.......all visible screws are removed but there must be a secret tab to pop (or must remove other panels) prior to it's removal.....any hints?

Dear ljticeman,

With your model you need to take something like a two inch blade putty knife and push in the two clips between the front and lower panel on each end.

The bottom panel will then drop down to access the heater and/or thermostats
