Here are your parts

Need more info.
You say that the unit has current.
I am not sure what this means or how you determined it has current.

If the unit's motor runs but you have no heat unless you actually measured the power or did the below you have no way of knowing if it is receiving the correct power.
The motor only requires half the line (120 volts) while the heater requires the full 240 volts.

When the unit is set to timed dry does the timer advance?

If it does then you do have the 240 volts as the timer in this unit uses the 240. If it does not advance.

Try flipping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times.
Sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker.
If this does nothing, check the voltage at the plug
L1 to L2 should be 240 volts
L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts.
If OK
Unplug the unit and check the wires at the terminal strip in the machine to make sure none are loose or burned out
If OK
Check the power at the terminal strip.
Do this with the heater off and on.
