It seems as though the dryer won't run because the drum is not turning. When I press the button it sounds like it is trying to start but doesn't. I manually moved the drum to make sure it wasn't stuck, closed the door and then it started up but hasn't run again since. Where can I find instructions to get to the motor and belt to check those things out?

Need a Model Number

The below assumes the drum rotates fairly easily by hand

This may take two people
Open the door
Hold the door switch closed
Push the start switch
Rotate the drum in the correct direction manually
Watch your knuckles in case it starts up
If it starts and runs you probably need a new motor

If the motor does not even hum could be the thermal fuse has blown.
Also if it seems to have no power, turn the breaker off/on a couple times slowly. Sometimes you can loose Neutral without actually tripping the breaker.
