when opening my dryer door, I heard metal pinging sounds falling down inside of dryer and now the door does not stop at a flat 90degree angle. It is still attached and opens and closes, however it opens to a 180degree angle. It is like a tension/spring broke?? Can I purchase the parts to repair and what parts would they be? Thank you.

The door opening is controlled by two balance springs (#14 in the drawing). If you're lucky, what you heard was the springs just becoming dislodged. They will be lying inside the cabinet as you remove the front panel. If not, it will be necessary to see what part(s) may be broken.
