My listed dryer will not start and just clicks. The control switch seems to work fine and rotates, lights up, and pauses. Click occurs only when I press to start. Think control board needs to be replaced but is there any part I could/should replace?

what you have is a bad thermal fuse. if you take off the front off the dryer, on the back bottom, left hand corner is the heating element. mounted on it is a thermal fuse, it is round with 2 wires coming to it. that will be your problem. the part # is 40113801. tom [url=]applianceeducator.com - parts[/url]
