Default Kenmore Dryer Repair
Model Number: 110.70942990   Brand: Kenmore   Age: 5 - 10 years

I have gass dryer that has stopped heating. I have check the Thermal Fuse, the Thermistor, the Thermostat, the Sensor Radiant, the Gas Valve Solenoids and the Igniter with an ohm meter and they all read good. I have then tested the the heat switch and that too is okay. I don't know how to test the computer board or what else I should check. Help!

Thanks,
Rebecca

Hi rvanetten

Run the test as described on the page 6 in the Test Procedure.
In your situation the problem could be a bad heater relay or a bad control board.

- The part number for the heater relay AP3037419

- The part number for the control board AP3598457

Good luck.
Gene.
