I need some help to reattach the wires to a motor start switch for a GE dryer (model GE DDE7108PMLWH). The switch is WE4X344. with 5 wires: Black (1), Red or Purple (2), Yellow/Black (4), Light Blue or Violet (5) and Brown (6) going to a 1/3 HP motor Form T, WE17X32 with 3 colored wires coming out: Blue, Orange and Black, which I though would be terminals 5, 4 and 6, respectively.

I took off the switch because the dryer wasnt heating and found this motor start switch wasnt conducting. The contacts inside had some corrosion and I fixed it by simply filed them slightly. BUT I didnt label the wires when I detached them and now am not sure which is which! When I attached them the way I thought there was some smoke coming from the motor as soon as I turned it on! I immediately unplug the AC and tested all the components and they seem to be ok.

None of the parts sold separately here apparently have instructions and the Service instructions inside the control panel dont address which wires go from the motor to the switch.
