getting right voltage at wall outlet. new power cord. when i check voltage at terminal block i get right voltage from black to white.but from red to white and red to black i get nothing. could it be bad terminal block? it doesnt look bad .

Sounds more like a bad power cord (Red is open) to me or a bad wall receptacle.
Since the line cord is connected directly to the terminal strip, what you see at the wall receptacle is what you should see at the terminal strip. Unplug the unit, set it to off with the door open, check each wire in line cord for continuity from the plug to the terminal strip. All should be 0 ohms.
If all OK, I would say there is a problem with the wall receptacle. |
