My Dryer drum will not spin. The heating element stays glowing until switch the timer off. When I open up the top of dryer to check on belt the belt is fine and I am physically able to turn drum with hand. What do I need to do in order to fix my dryer.

Note could not find a wiring diagram or parts for a Q8. Can find both for a Q0 and a Q1
You will have to open it up all the way to figure out what is going on.
Your motor has two centrifugal switches, they are normally actuated when the motor starts rotating. One removes the motor's start winding from the circuit. The other adds the heater to the circuit. So if the motor is not rotating and you have heat there is a good possibility that these switches are being activated with the motor at rest. They are activated by a mechanical assembly in the motor, could be that it is jammed or broken. |

You have to open it up and take a look at the parts.
I noticed you posted on another thread, you did not say if there was any noise at all from the motor. If you can hear the motor running then it may well be just a broken belt. |
