Power Problems With Dryer

Model Number: HE3, 110.828321 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years

Panel control with digital lights dead.....light inside does come on when the door is open se we do have power...our house got hit by lightning and several outlets were replaced along wit 2 breakers but not the ones that control the dryer. washer operating fine. reset breakers but no good. any advise??
