Did find out it is a 240 volt dryer
Could not find a wiring diagram for it

Even if you could wire it to run on 120 volts it would take a long time for it to dry anything as the heating element is 240 volts.

On a 240 volt system Neutral to L1 usually runs the motor, L1 to L2 runs the heater.
On 120 you have no L2.
So Neutral and L2 have to be connected together.
The ground strap in the machine which goes to Neutral in a 3 wire 240 volt hookup has to be removed. The ground from the 120 line cord has to be connected directly to the frame.

Without a wiring diagram to check all current paths you may end up with a dead short so I would advise against this.
