I have a frigidaire affinity dryer, model AGQ6000ES.
when we try to start any cycle the 3 lights above the start button start blinking.
we read one of the posts on this forum which mentions to the following to get an error code.

Try to recall the error codes by doing that:

1. Press and hold the Select and Cancel buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds to reset control. The buzzer will sound 1 time and “rES” will be shown briefly in the display.
2. Immediately after, rotate cycle selector knob 2 turns counter-clockwise to the third position from the top, and then press and hold the Select and Cancel
buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds. The control will enter Field Test Mode, the buzzer will sound 3 times, and the digital display will alternate between “Fld” and the firmware revision number (ex. “r03”).
3. Rotate the cycle selector knob 2 turns counterclockwise. The error code will appear in the digit display.

when we press the select and cancel button we do not get the rES or the error code.
please help

I think your child lock is on by mistake check push and hold those buttons until it comes off then you should be ok let me know

I don't think my dryer has a child lock
the dryer is frigidaire affinity dryer, model AGQ6000ES.
when i press start some times the three lights come immediately, sometimes it starts tumbling but then stops and the lights come on.
please help
