Default GE Dryer
Model Number: DPSR473E WOWW   Brand: GE   Age: 5 - 10 years

Once we start the dryer, it will not turn off. Also, it takes it a very long time to heat up. We were wondering if it needs a timer or thermostat. Any suggestions?

I would be willing to bet that the HEATING ELEMENT is bad, This dryer has 2 coils in the element, 1 side of it is most likely broken.
