Maytag SG1000 (older unit) down! S.O.S. !!!!
 

I am looking for a dryer belt assembly diagram for an old Maytag stackable washer/dryer system, Model SG1000, Serial#435440. This washer/dryer unit has the digital display push buttons on the control panel. The dryer stopped working last night, and thanks to one of Gene's posts, I went out this morning and replaced the ignitor, thermostat sensor, and gas valve coils. I got everything back together and had it working great! ...... for about 10 minutes. Then the dryer just stopped, but the control panel stayed on. Now, when I try to turn the dryer on, nothing happens--it makes a humming noise for five seconds, then makes a click and then it's silent. But the digital display stays on. Washer is working fine. I took it all apart to go over what I did, and I just can't seem to get the belt hooked up to the drum, drive, and pulley correctly. This is the first time I have ever worked on dryer, and I think I've been defeated at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
