Hi,

I have a whirlpool commercial dryer (it's in an animal hospital) and it's spinning but not heating. Could that be the heating element?, if not, what could it be?

Thanks
Pines West:)

Take off the back and test the thermal fuses on the heater casing and the thermostat on the exhause housing and the heting element for continuity. You should find your problem.

Also, given your environment I would do a thorough clean out of the lint chute and the exhaust.
