dryer wont start changed timer already same problem timer makes noise when push star button

Remove the front bottom access panel and check the belt. If the belt is broken then the dryer would not start because of the broken belt switch (#5 on the diagram). The switch itself can be bad as well.

Remove the front panel and the lint duct (#45 on the diagram) and check the thermal fuse (#59) for continuity.

If thermal fuse is open, replace the cycling thermostat too. Alsop make sure the vent line is clean all way through the vent outlet.
