what do I do with the orange wire?

Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years

I changed the heating element, thermostat, and...heating...something. Sorry, I don't know more about them, but I went from a 3 end thermostat to a 2 end, now I have a small ended orange wire...what do i do with it?
