Also, in the same area, you'll see the removable panel, that the heater assembly is mounted to, you can remove the panel and visually inspect the heater coil for damage or breakage. If all checks, or appears OK, we'll need to get a multi meter, so we can do resistance and voltage checks on the complete heater circuit. :) :) :)
