Kenmore Dryer

Model Number: 417.69042991 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years

How do I get the front off of my dryer so I can check out the idler bearing? I have a grinding noise on the front right side of the dryer. Also, it seems like the tub is very wobbly when I move it up and down. It could be the belt is shot but I need to get the front off. There are no visible screws to take off. Thank you for your help. Tom

Check and see if you have screws on the back of the top assembly. If so remove these screws and slide the top off. Then you should see the screws to remove the control panel, and the front assembly. Hope this helps.
