Kenmore Gas Dryer. Motor runs. When it trys to ignite the burner it makes a rattle/buzzing sound, the igniter heats up, and then after 5-15 seconds the buzzing stops and the igniter cools off. Heat cycle tries again in about a minute. Same result.
I can't figure out how to test the thermal sensor. I know it show very low resistance when it is cool, but how can I test if it clicks off when hot?
Do I still need to test the thermal fuse?
I tested the valve coils and they had the right resistance, but does the buzzing mean they probably aren't working correctly?
Thanks, LilPrim
