Having problems with the dryer cycle, the timer will work and dry proper when set on a timed cycle, however on the other cycle that goes from "More Dry to the Finish setting" the dial knob does not move. The timer dial stays in one spot until it is turned off manually.

The first thing you need to check is your vent system. Make sure that it is clear from all lint. Poor venting can cause the dryer not to work properly on sensor dry. If all is clear then you will need to replace the timer. Part number: AP2042594
