Here are your parts
Replacement parts for General Electric DHSR333EV0WB Electric dryer | AppliancePartsPros.com

Since you have been working on the drum mounting I am assuming that the drum does turn manually in the correct direction fairly easily.

When it shuts down can you re-start it right away.
If not then it sounds like the motor is overheating, tripping it's internal thermal protect and then you have to wait for the thermal protect to reset before you can start the motor.

The motor may be on it's last legs.
You may have a seal in the unit that is allowing hot air to blow onto the motor. Try running it on air only if it runs OK then that is probably your problem.

If you can re-start it right away then it may be the belt sense switch (Item 803 in Section 1) is opening for some reason.
May even be the door switch. Clothes hitting the door, opening the switch and stopping the dryer.

Did not see your other post about it re-starting right away so it sounds more like a problem with one of the switches.

Then my best guess is the door switch, it's actuator or a loose connection somewhere in the motor circuit.
