Model Number: MDG8506AWW Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
I'd like to disconnect the buzzer on my Maytag dryer - it is REALLY loud and wakes the baby. I see from the schematic that it is located behind the control panel. If I disconnect the wires, will it impede another part (are they wired in serial)? Or can I disconnect it and leave the wires unconnected? Are there any other issues in doing this?
Thanks! |

Looks like you can just pull the wires off and tape the ends so they do not touch anything metal in the console... WIRING DIAGRAM
