I have a GE Profile dryer that has recently become very loud. At first, it would get very loud for the first couple minutes, then it would quiet down, but now it is just constantly loud. It is not a squeaking sound, like I have seen others mention, and I wouldn't call it a grinding sound, though I suppose it could be. Dryer works great otherwise, so hopefully it is a relatively easy fix.

Any ideas? Thanks!

You need to check the front seals and the rear bearing.
