Model Number: 110.63952101 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years
As the title suggests, my dryer runs but will not heat. I have checked the following:
heating element, has continuity Thermal Cut-off, has continuity Hi-temp thermostat, has continuity Thermal Fuse, has continuity Thermistor, does not have continuity (I don't believe that it should) Does anyone have any suggestions about what else I could look for? Also, I have confirmed that I have 240V to dryer while running. |

Check your service sheet found behind the control panel. Most thermistors at room temperature are 1000 ohms, just measure, if way off replace it.
If ok you just might have a burnt wire somewhere.
