GE Dryer Not heating
Model Number: dsxh43ea2ww Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
My dryer element in the back was staying on even after i would open the dryer door. it would often spark a bit and sounded like some tin foil was rolling around back there.
well yesterday it sparked and then from the back of the dryer i could see the light inside went out and it will no longer heat. it still runs just no heat. i am thinking i need a new element? What do you think? THANKS Ads By Google Related Models

It could be the element (Part Details - GE Heater hsng assembly, part number: WE14X10015) or one of the thermostats may have blown (Part Details - GE Thermostat, safety, part number: WE4X757) or Part Details - GE Thermostat-control, part number: WE04X10028
You will need to check to see which with an ohm meter. Nat
