my dryer belt keeps falling off pulley. any suggestions?

Here is how it should look when installed

Is there a fair amount of tension on the belt when it is installed, there should be. If not the spring is weak or the belt has stretched.
Check the idler wheel
Check to be sure the drum rotates fairly easily
