Can't change cycle on maytag dryer
Model Number: MED9700SQ0 Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years
Can anyone tell me what to check on a dryer that I can't change the cycle on? Only works on heavy duty. Turn the dial and nothing cycle won't change. Thanks

Sounds like you need to replace the control. It may very well be just a broken connection between the interface and the board; but be prepared to find a malfunctioning board.
