won't ignite
Model Number: DRL1555RALWH Brand: -other- Age: More than 10 years
Dryer starts but gas does not ignite.

The first thing I would check is the igniter (#717 on the break down diagram). Be careful because this part is very fragile.
Here are the break down diagrams for the GE dryer Model DRL1555RAL Gene.
