Dryer runs but no heat generated, Changed heating element, still no change.
Appreciate any help.

Common failure items, thermal fuse, circuit breaker, burnt wire. Should have a meter to check things.

No burnt wires, did test power source to element and no power read.

Check the cut-off fuse on the side of the heating element canister, the one above the safety thermostat....this is assuming you have 240 volts going to the dryer???

Yes, 240v is read. Is there a way to test the cut off fuse. I tested accross the fuse on the resistance scale and did not get a reading (open).

That is your problem.These come as a kit with a safety thermostat. Thermostat is self-resettable and saves the fuse from blowing P # 279973
Check your dryer venting and remove clogs all the way to outside, they sell a 4 inch brush for this.
Appliance parts pros should have the kit, just call.
