I have a GE dryer model dbxr453ga2ww that is giving me issues. It is tearing clothes. It doesn't do it every time. It is getting caught up by the light on the inside the drum. It is snagging the clothes between the fiberglass or plastic cover and the drum. The plastic piece has a indintion or groove in it by the light. I am wondering if it is the fiberglass piece that is causing it. Has anyone had this to happen and if so what was the fix? IT is still a good working unit except for the tearing. I am also wondering if it is suppose to have a cover over the light, it doesn't have one. I got it second hand and it was about 6 moonths old. Also does anyone know of a place with a parts list and diagram on line? Thanks in advance.
