Stopped heating yesterday..I believe it's the element. However, after taking the back panel off, I'm not sure how to remove the box that holds the element..need assistance.:(

There is a screw and a metal strap at the top of the heater. Remove wires and 1 screw and it will come rite out. Before you pull it out,check ALL of the thermostats!!!:)
