We took off the panel the belt looks fine, it turns, the heating element works. The drum turns slightly initially then stops, the dryer sounds like it's tumbling but it doesn't ?????? It's an over-under not a stackable.

Are you turning the drum and the belt tuns with it or is the belt slipping or stationary
