Bought a Bosch Axxis from a local appliance shop. They sold it to the original owners who returned it, I was told, because they had a double loader washer and couldnt handle having a single load dryer. We have had it for about three months and it worked perfectly until last week. My husband was switching out loads and it stopped working. The lights on the front panel come on, the belt is still on tight, the lint filter was cleaned and there is no block in the vent line out of the house. There is a reset switch on the back that was not popped, but reset it anyway. On another forum someone suggested tripping the door close mechanism..supposedly they had success with that but it didnt work either. There was no smell of overheating, etc. Cant afford to call someone to repair it thanks to layoffs right now. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanx

This dryer should be guaranteed for one year. Call the shop who sold it to you.
