Model Number: DE 412 Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
Hi all,
Thanks to all the posts here, I have successfully pulled the front panel and drum to access the broken belt on our DE412. Found the belt diagrams, too....excellent! Bit of a stupid question, but where does the belt fit on the actual drum itself? There is a groove, but there is also a black "wear" mark inside of the groove. The band was totally off the drum, so I couldn't tell. Common sense would put it in the groove, but that black wear line tells me otherwise??? Thanks! Andy Ads By Google Related Models |
