i replaced the electronic control assembly and my dryer still will not work . it has a code 3E. all it dose is make a clicking sound.

Cornman, What was the original problem ? Did you have the E3 code before or after you replaced the control ? ( See below, from tech manual). Problem: E3 flashes on the display.
Corrective Action: Check that the correct
console electronics and housing, and
the machine control electronics board are
installed. To do this, remove these components
Check the part numbers
and compare them to the part numbers
shown in the Tech Sheet that is supplied
with the dryer. Replace the components if necessary
