Dryer was working fine. Next load. No heat. I changed the igniter, gas solenoids, then found the thermal fuse on the blower housing was open. Replaced that and dryer is now running extremely hot. I can't hold my hand to the side of the dryer for more than a couple seconds. Replaced the 4 prong control thermostat next to thermal fuse too. No help. Also my timer will not move. The timer seems to be functional (ex. on air dry, no flame but have to manually turn timer to stop). On timed dry it will stay where I set it and seems like it will just keep heating as hot as I let it get. Unless in final ten minutes of setting then no flame just air as normal. I don't know why the temp sensors on the heat duct aren't kicking it out. Also my trimer was working fine before all this too. Maybe a short? Can't take the wife saying we should've bought a new one again. Please help.

Make sure the dryer exhaust line is clean and not obstructed from the dryer all the way through the vent outlet.

Make sure the dryer blower wheel works fine.

Gene.

Dryer vent seems fine. This happens even when vent is not hooked up. The blower seems fine as well. Plenty of air pressure from duct. Thanks for your response, any othe ideas?
