Do you have the restring kit or the whole assembly with the metal housing and elemnt attached already?

we purchased the whole assembly.but as of yet can not figure out how to get the two hidden screws out of the door in order to remove the top.does it take a special tool see our washer and dryers are commercial ge washer and dryers and we have the same problem with the coin changer in that we can can not figure out how to get the coin changer apart in order to replace parts in that also. if you could help it would be greatly appriciated.thank you for your help.:confused:
