I had the heating unit replaced less than a year ago and it has stopped heating again. I pulled the heating element and none of the coils seam to be fine, there not burnt thru or anything. Is there something else that could prevent it from heating up. Thank You

The number one problema will be the high limit mounted on the TOP of the heating element' housing.
It comes with both the bottom limit and the top one for a reason. The fat one is set for 250°F and the top one(smaller of the 2) is a 300°F limit. Replace them both. Make sure you do not have a blocked outside vent. That is what causes the failure. Restricted air flow causes the limit to open because the control thermostat does not get satisfied before the limit dies from rapid heat buildup in the heater element's housing and that is mostly due to a blocked vent. It would not hurt to give the inside of the dryer a once over with a good shop vac.
