Drun not tirning and it's not the belt
Model Number: LNC7764A71 Brand: Admiral Age: 1 - 5 years
Admiral Capacity Plus Dryer, Belt Popped-we Replaced. Now The Drum Is Still Not Spining. The Heating Element Seems To Be Working Fine. The Fan Is Blowing Air. The Drum Light Works. Not Sure What To Do???

Replacement parts for ADMIRAL LNC7764A71 Dryer - Ele | AppliancePartsPros.com Sounds like you may have installed the belt wrong probably how it loops over the idler wheel. The air blower uses the main drive motor and so that is OK. Perhaps one of the following will help Dryer Belt Diagrams http://www.applianceaid.com/images/belt-config.JPG
