The only place to get that breakdown would be searspartsdirect.
Chances are the thermal fuse is burned out, your dryer was made by Whirlpool, inexpensive part.

Here let me tell you where the thermal fuse is at. I am sure you don't even know where it is, or what it looks like. The picture won't help you. Let me take the time to help you. If you unplug the dryer, and take the back off, close to the bottom, in the middle, there is a part that is white in color, and is about an inch and a half long, and a half inch wide. That is the thermal fuse. What you can do to be sure that is the problem is to take the 2 wires off of it, and put the terminal ends together, and put some tape around it, so it does not hit metal, and then plug the dryer in, and see if it works. If it does, DO NOT RUN the dryer with it jumped out. That thermal fuse is between you and the dryer burning down the house. Tom ApplianceEducator.com

I bypassed the thermal fuse as you said, and the dryer started running. I'll get a new fuse and we're back in business.
