i am going to replace the motor in my dryer, but my dad needs to know how to to ge the fan blade off to get to the motor. or do i have to buy a new fan blade also

I cannot find any info on the given model number so the below is a bit of guessing.
Many Admirals use a screw on blower wheel.
Note: That it is usually a left hand thread.

It is not uncommon for it to seize onto the motor's shaft and the only way to remove it is to break it.
