Help!!
We received our igniter in a timely fashion. Thanks. And my husband was timely as well at installing it. Thanks hon. But what is happening is that when we turn the dryer on to dry clothes......it does not stay lit or hot or in a mode of drying.

I'd like to add that we moved into a new home 1 year ago. We had no problems with the dryer prior to the move, but we did not have gas hook up until recently in our new home. When the dryer wouldn't work after installing gas for the dryer, my husband removed panel to start and found the igniter broken. Hence the new part.

Can anyone be of help in this situation before we spend money on a repair person.

Thanks
Don and Jill
