Part number was SPE 61927
for Speed Queen Marathon Dryer, circa 1991, model # above.

The heating element I ordered from Appliance Parts Pros is the same as mine, but the fuse and thermostat appear to be different. My old fuse is has an oval ceramic base, and the new one is round, metal and plastic. The thermostat appears to have the right connections, but I'm not sure if it's correct the correct thermostat. Of course it has a different part number; probably because the unit is old. I'm not sure whether or not to put the new thermostat in.

I do not work for AppliancePartsPros and could not find any info on your ubit.

By the sound of it you received a new heater with a thermostat and thermal cut-off. I would use the new parts as they will be matched to each other.
