I have a ge electric dryer that just turns off then comes back on roughly 5-10 min. later. I am wondering if it is getting too hot then coming back on when it cools down. Any other suggestions on which parts I might need to fix this?

It sounds like its overheating, I would remove the front and vacume the inside of the unit for starters.
