I ordered a new knob for my dryer that controls the tempeture; it was broken off. I found out the problem is not the knob, the white disk inside that the knob connects to is broken off, does anyone have a clue what I am talking about? I can not find this part by browsing, it is inside the metal box with all the wires connected to it.. HELP, I have tried a model search, but apparently the dryer was imported from Canada and all the parts sites I have tried tell me(the model number)doesn't exist. There is some WCI canada, INC listed on it under the model number. Any help would be great I am going crazy here!

Open the control panel and check for the part number on the broken part. Post it and we might be able to help you.

Gene.
P.S. If you don't know how to open the control panel, post a picture of it.
