Hi Bill,

Open the door and look inside the dryer. On the back of the drum you'll find the three screws secured the drum bearing shaft (where you installed the bearing sleeve). Make sure all these screws are tighten very good.

- The part number for the motor is AP2043550 and you can buy from APP for $137.52. It is hard to say for me if the dryer is worth it.

Thanks for the info. When I first disassembled the dryer I took those screws off and re-tightened them. I had already determind that if the motor cost was over $100 it might not be worth replacing the part and to start looking for a new dryer. For now, the dryer is working fine, just a bit loud. I deal with it until I fnd a suitable replacement.

Well, at least the holiday sales start soon!
